Primarily because of the fact that I am a senior citizen and there is an assumption that online automated services suffice for everyone.
Primarily because of the fact that I am a senior citizen, and there is an assumption that online automated services suffice for everyone. Some of us do prefer more personable contacts and interactions, for inquiries and clarification. Personal connections via phone or FaceTime or zoom makes a huge statement on sensitivity and caring.
