Word of mouth from family friend told us about how incredible Trupanion was covering their dogâs VERY serious illness. We chose Trupanion for that reason and hope that if we have such needs we will have help as well. For now, we are in process of having a claim evaluated and hope for the best.

'Mary' is annoying.
I would have liked to have been able to see variables more easily. I was also really annoyed by the daily reminders from 'Mary'. I don't need a daily reminder. Sorry. it makes me cranky. LOL
