First Impressions

We had narrowed it down to a couple of insurance providers but in the end our decision to go with Trupanion came down to our experience with one of your sales reps. The rep was knowledgeable, informative, thorough and patient. Never once did I feel rushed or pressured to sign up. Overall great experience.

friendliness and knowlege of team members. And the ease of the process to enroll pets. Have not had any need to use insurance yet but feel better having the reassurance if I have extraordinary costs I will be able to have my pets taken care of with the help of Trupanion
