Our little Ebbie needed care from our most wonderful vet, and her staff forwarded the application to you. It was seamless. And again, thank you for the lovely note when we lost our darling Minnesota. It is a treasure and I have mentioned it to many people. I also encourage ppl to get insurance and share I am happy with Trupanion. Blessings
