Our fur baby needed knee surgery and our local vet referred us to MedVet of Northern Virginia in Manassas - the best referral we've ever received. The surgery was a success, our girl is recovering extremely well and we continue to be amazed at the level of care and involvement exhibited by the entire staff to us. The true testament to the treatment and service comes from Lilliah herself - she hates going to the vet. And I mean HATES, as in crying and full blown temper tantrums. Except for MedVet. She goes in with tail wagging and just about stands on her head to get Dr. Coisman's attention the entire time he's performing the follow-up exams and taking to us about her progress. Her behavior alone is the greatest referral. Thank you MedVet!
Violated Human and Charter Rights
Fetch has violated my human and Charter-protected rights as a disabled person by denying a six-day accommodation for a delayed claim submission, which was due to my cognitive disabilities. I filed a claim with the HRTO, to which they initially failed to respond. When they finally did respond, it was to request an extension of the response deadline amounting to an astonishing 67 days. The hypocrisy is glaring. Upon responding, they escalated their stance, reinforcing their ableism and discriminatory actions. The level of blatant ableism exhibited by Fetch is appalling, reminiscent of a bygone era. Their conduct has been profoundly egregious. This case is ongoing.

I have a 2.5 year old American Bully Mix. I recused his mom when she was dumped in the park pregnant. My boy Kong had a seizure in my yard a motor seizure that turned into a Grand Mal. It lasted several minutes . When taking to the vet to see what we do & what happened we did blood , urine , sppinal tap , & MRI. With out having a trusted insurance plan, tough decision have to be made. Knowing i was covered mad all the difference in the world. GET HEALTH PAW Insurace and keep yopu pets safe and health !

Stir clear of this company, the absolute worst
Trupanion is just the worst insurance provider there is out there. I have been with them for roughly 2 years, my dog is healthy and hasn't needed any care that required their coverage, and yet they have increased my monthly payments more than double the initial price I signed up for. And upon checking with other customers, they do that to every customer.
