SAVE UP YOUR MONEY INSTEAD
I initially got pet insurance because I never had a lot of money saved away, and when we started it was only $30 per month. After about 6+ years with Fetch Pet Insurance, and the way they weren't able to own up to their own mistake after a quote on a big operation for my dog, I have come to the conclusion that the money I pay for Pet Insurance just isn't worth it. They missed out telling me important information multiple times, which is frustrating - I could have been using it on our yearly vet bills. The thing is, within 4 years, you could and likely will be paying $150+ per month per dog because your premium keeps going up. You're better off saving $200 a month for your dog's vet bills and their future, in my opinion.

How to avoid the scam
Awful truely awful. If you get the free 30 day trial. Don't do anything with it. Even though you will get coverage for hereditary issues. They won't pay for anything! Just there for your money. If you have to get this insurance. Do not take your dog the the vet of over a year, that is when the insurance actually kicks in. After a whole year of paying them you will likely get scammed saying how hereditary doesn't cover anything. Good luck take your pets else where and send this fake company straight downward!

Good until they decide to discontinue your insurance and provide you with a new one that is triple the price and way less coverage
I've been a customer for over 7 years and suddenly and coincidently after my dog has been needing reimbursement for illnesses, they have discontinued my insurance and will only provide me with one that is 3x the price and with way less coverage. Before this change I was paying $50 a month for $1500 per illness/accident. Now they have offered me with $160 a month for $3000 max a year. I cannot change this plan without my dog's current conditions being excluded (what I need the insurance for). I cannot switch providers because my dog's current conditions will not be included. If I were to sign up with the same company for the first time I would pay $170 for $7500 yearly coverage. The kicker is that they knew in December that this was going to happen - before my dog's issues - but only told me in February, 1.5 months before I get to decide if I want to continue coverage. Needless to say, this experience has taught me that this is an insurance company. They are trying to make money, not trying to help me and my dog out.

Lulu and her ongoing ear infections
Lulu is a rescue and has had ongoing ear issues since we got her. Recently the tip of her ear started bleeding one day and wouldn't stop requiring an urgent vet visit. Our vet did various tests and meds. We continue to monitor the ear because it's still crusty on each end. Pets Best gives us the peace of mind to give Lulu, our baby girl, the treatment she deserves. We are so grateful for Pets Best and I can't say enough about what a blessing it is to have Pets Best. Thank you.
Good read
Pets Best is a great pet insurance. I have recommended it to many of my friends.

Great pet insurance
Thankfully, I've never had to use the insurance but the piece of mind that it's there is worth everything. My pup is still a young adult but, as he ages, I'm sure we'll need to rely on MetLife.

Premium increases are insane
I've had my cat covered for 11 years and in that time my premiums have tripled without a single claim. She's been healthy the whole time and yet it went from $50 to $150 per month. Save your money and put your premiums in a savings account, at least then you'll have the money for your pet when needed and the savings account won't deny your claim based on some bs loophole they use to deny claims.
