Biscuit's health
We got Biscuit when he was 5 1/2 years old. He will be 6 on January 24th. He is doing great and seems to be really happy. HE had some behavioral issues with socializing with other dogs, but he is getting better.

Good experience
I'm a bit partial, since I work for Trupanion. But I use my own experience with my dog to encourage my friends, family, and any acquaintance to insure their pets. If Oreo had gotten insured even 4-5 months after he did, he would have been euthanized before the end of 2017 because I wouldn't t have been able to afford the care needed to keep him healthy.

Long wait time for representatives
It would have been 10 but as I explained to Trupanion's representative, waiting 10 minutes to obtain your correct mailing address was 1) unpleasant for me and 2) was time wasted speaking to me rather than selling a policy to someone also waiting. I sent the claim to the address on the claim form. The claim was returned as it was not "forwardable". I suggest that Trupanion either remove this form online or ask the post office to extend forwarding for Trupanion. By the way, Jacob is a 10!
