Glad I chose Pets Best
First of all, I am glad I chose your company to insure my dogs. What I don't understand is why you apply a copay [10%] while the at the same time, the deductible is being applied. Traditionally, everything goes to the deductible until is met in full, then the 10% starts. I would really appreciate if you can change that.

Grateful for Thorough Coverage
When I got my dog (Tupper), I wanted to ensure that I would NEVER have to consider putting him down due to the cost of the veterinarian's bill.
