The claim process is ridiculously easy.
I am usually very skeptical but we rescued a deaf dog and I was worried about health issues. Our daughter pushed us to get insurance and I’m glad I did. I have taken her to alternative vets who I believe have helped luna’s overall health immensely.

Got the treatment we needed
It was very scary when I took my cat to the vet, thinking I would just need to switch the food he was eating, and instead found out that he would need surgery the next day. There is no way I could've possibly afforded the surgery and all the follow up care if I didn't have insurance for him, and I probably would have lost my best friend if he couldn't have had the surgery. This has obviously been a terribly stressful and scary situation, but it would have been so much worse if I had to worry about finding a way to cover the costs on my own.
