So far, So good. Very happy

This is the first time I have had pet insurance, and had it not been offered through my employer, I probably would not have it now. It is a great option, my pet is a family member, and I want the same care for her as I would any other member of my family!

Big Waste of Money

Here is my first impression of Pet's Best insurance. They are more than happy to take your premiums but will look for any loophole to deny paying a claim. I am a new member and have paid 4 months of premiums only to have my first two claims denied. My dog gets gastrointestinal issues caused by bacteria from eating leaves in the yard. So I tried to submit claims related to that but because he had this issue a couple times prior to the insurance policy they are calling it chronic and refusing to pay. They make you go through a tedious appeal process to have it looked at again. They also told me today that if he gets this issue often they consider it repetitive and will only cover the first two incidents but then not again for 18 months. All the while they continue to take my premiums each month. I very much feel that this company is more concerned with their bottom line then the health of your pet. Save your money!
