Terrible customer service, Terrible Claim process
Terrible customer service. I purchased insurance in February , in August I had to take the dog to the doctor and this insurance company is not processing a claim . This insurance company is a scam. Please be aware!!! The dog got sick on Saturday and I took him to the nearest vet hospital that was open. Insurance send a request for the dog medical records to the doctor that doesn't have it. I spoke on the phone for hours and was told that I can't submit medical records by myself. This company is just taking money from the people. When I asked for the full premium refund since they are not paying the claim they refused to refund my money. Unbelievable !!!
