In this case a cost of necessary medical treatment will not come as a shock and the coverage with a reputable company provides you with a piece of mind. Of course it does not come free, however it will be clearly explained what and how it is covered. And hopefully you will not need to use it, however if you do, you do not have to choose between providing needed care for your best friend or paying you mortgage..
