I have had embrace coverage on my dog from approx. age 3. He is now 8 years old. He has never had any issues in the past and I had never submitted a claim for him. This year he had a lump that ended up being a cancerous mast cell tumor. I submitted a claim, and it took about 4 weeks from the day I submitted it until I got the check in the mail. I received a healthy pet discount on my deductible and they paid the arranged 80% after my deductible was met. I was very happy with the service and was glad that I had insurance to help cover the large diagnostic and surgical bill.

I find it unacceptable in this day and age that it can take several business days to check if a fax was received and have it assigned to my claim.

Made determination for a skin lesion and refusal to cover the surgery prior to EVEN receiving the diagnosis of the excised lesion as it was sent to CSU for pathology report which takes 7 days, even refused to pay on appeal "calling it a lesion(means nothing) and not the confirmed diagnosis of pyroderma which my dog has had for some time, BOGUS, will cancel my Ins after paying FOR 7 YEARS,
