Fast and efficient
Embrace pet insurance is the best money I ever spent on my cat. It took less than 10 business days to get my reimbursement. 100% of the expenses were deemed eligible, and after my small deductible I received 80% as my reimbursement. My deductible was smaller because my pet had gone a few years with just wellness visits, not an illness or injury visit.

Claim was settled in less than a week's time,
Claim for wellness visit got there at the last minute because I thought it had been filed by my vet's office. However, we made the deadline and the claim was settled. All of our experiences with Embrace, which included a stem cell transplant for the same dog, were met with a helpful staff. Embrace for us has truly been a hassle free insurance company. My questions are always answered and the staff goes out of their way to help me.

Highly recommend Trupanion
My wife and I have 20 month old twins, but Sebastian the cat was our first baby. The diagnosis of cancer was devastating in July 2017. We looked to Trupanion as a partner in his fight. Without insurance, our options would have been limited. Sebastian fought a brave fight, but on October 27 he passed away. Despite his passing, Trupanion stuck with us and covered every bill and even his euthanasia treatment. I recommend pet Insurance to any new pet owner, but I highly recommend Trupanion over any other company

Outstanding work!
You guys have been Absolutely outstanding in working with me as I juggle fun these past four years being out of steady work my cat lucky means the world to me and I would hate to lose his insurance policy. Also you have been outstanding in getting my claims paid quickly, even though I've only had a few. As a final note, I give Trupanion “100 Extra Credit Points” for hiring customer service associates who always speak American English on the telephone—highly unusual in today's world.
