Awesome!
My cat had ingested a foreign body but there were complications during the surgery. It was a week long process of not knowing whether he was going to make it, and each day was costing thousands of dollars. Healthy Paws was so compassionate on the phone. I felt like they really cared and were making sure that the monetary issues would not be a factor in determining the level of care he received. He’s home now, happy as ever. And I now whole heartedly recommend Healthy Paws to every pet owner I meet. You never know when it may save their life!

An Overall Happy Outcome
My experience was very good. I do wish the written claim settlement text was more straightforward (reader friendly) as i had to send an email asking for a customer language explanation rather than the insurance speak text I received about the claim values. The person who responded explain the details perfectly and very much as if we were having a conversation. Bravo for this!
