While I understand deductibles need to be met it seems that with every claim I have ever submitted for any of my pets has been denied.
While I understand deductibles need to be met it seems that with every claim I have ever submitted for any of my pets has been denied. I am beginning to consider cancelling this insurance as we keep paying monthly premiums and never getting a claim reimbursed.

I choose this score because I put in for a claim for the first time. I don't know if it will take a long time to process the actual claim. But customer service has been great otherwise with answering questions and addressing concerns.
