Very happy with Pet plus us insurance
Very satisfied with insurance so far. A bit pricy for my puppy Rottweiler though.. But the claim process was easy on Portal. Takes some time to figure out what information exactly needed. But outcome is very satisfying at the end. I advise to send as much info about your pet as possible and also ask to do the same your veterinarian. Otherwise you will keep getting emails that more information required. Overall I very happy choosing Pet plus us . They deliver what promise. Hope our rates not going up crazy. My puppy only 8 month old and it is long way to go with this insurance. Thank you Pet Plus Us for helping my puppy get healthie.

I am so impressed with Trupanion. We got this insurance when our sweet girl was just a baby in hopes that we would never need it. Unfortunately, we have needed it. The process of submitting claims and the speediness of reimbursement could not be easier. Fast to take your premium SLOW to pay your claim
All insurance companies are excited to acquire a new customer. And most pay claims on time. Pets Best loves to take you monthly premium and when you have a claim they love to hide in the closet, make excuses for being slow and, then they approve the claim but will not send you the check. This is a typical large and successful company that sells more than it can service. They love the profits but refuse to hire the required employees to service the customers.

Trupanion is the best is all areas
When we adopted our rescue, I was overwhelmed at all we needed to do for him. One thing the shelter recommended was to get pet insurance. Trupanion was recommended but I shopped around to be sure, We decided to go with Trupanion and i could NOT BE HAPPIER! Their care for our pup goes above and beyond. They are so kind and pleasant on the phone. The ease of submitting a claim can't be beat and nd they process claims with lightening speed. They do cover what they say they cover - there is no haggling, pleading, begging, etc. Human insurance companies could learn a lot from Trupanion. I can't praise them enough! #trupanionforlife

Easy to use and helps remove financial burden.
I am so grateful to have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance. The process to file a claim is quick and easy. Knowing they are there to help with the financial burden makes it so much easier to focus on getting my fur baby the care he needs versus worrying about whether or not I can afford it.

Very easy, very fast, hassle-free, and caring
I created policies with Healthy Paws for both my dogs since I adopted them 5 and 6 years ago, and we've had a couple of emergency visits and Healthy Paws has always been super helpful and easy to work with. Their guidelines for what they reimburse are extremely clear and I've never encountered any unpleasant surprises. Even when one of my dogs had to spend 2 nights in the hospital (in other words, a hefty bill), I submitted the claim over the app (which took less than a minute, just took a photo of the invoice and hit submit), and it was processed in about a day and a half. The reimbursement check was in my mailbox in less than a week. And they even emailed to check in on my little girl to make sure she is doing well after her hospital stay! Will definitely be staying with this pet insurance for both current dogs and any future pets.

Dealing with Trupanion as my dogs insurance provider has been amazing. The claims have been easy to submit and everything that was promised to be covered has. With my 2 year old Newfoundland having to have bilateral TPLO surgery they literally have been a life savor. I will always have my pets with Trupanion!!
