Complete Waste of Money
Had this pet insurance for 8 years for my dog. For the first 6 years I paid $100 a month for a $500 deductible and the next 2 years I paid $50 a month for a $1,000 deductible. From all of my vet bills, Trupanion probably covered a total of $200. They always found a way to deny coverage due to a "pre-existing condition" clause. It was a complete rip off and a total waste of money. I would not recommend purchasing pet insurance from them.

Responses mixed up..still not sure if anything covered..probably not as you read everything in a way to minimize coverage. Only good for a one shot major issue not everyday continued illnesses. Nit worth the money..costing more than you pay
