We are so happy that your Healthy Paws plan could play a part in assuring that our Roo had access to the best available medical care. Claims were processed quickly. Unfortunately, we couldn't save our little Roo after almost 2 months of treatments. I received emails asking how Roo was doing and after she passed the company mailed a sympathy card. Above & beyond. I'm a Healthy Paws customer for life.

When my dog Teddy got sick suddenly, I was mortified. Not knowing what was wrong was even worse. Then the worst news - my little Teddy Bear was so sick, he needed to be hospitalized. The last thing I wanted to worry about was how I was going to pay for it. Knowing that I had you guys to rely on made this very hard time a little easier. I cannot thank your company enough. I have found the service and value to be top notch.
I have found the service and value to be top notch. My questions are answered promptly and it has been a life saver and allowed us toget the care we needed for our pet Nate when he was diagnosed with cancer. He is now in remission. It also was a godsend for his UTI issues before that. Good pet care can be expensive and this makes a stressful time less so knowing the costs will be covered. I have encouraged all my pet owning friends and family to look into it. Truly lifesaving.

The claims are so easy to process just upload on the website and it gets reviewed with 24-48hrs when it is approved the funds are back in your account like the next day or day after.
