They don't really cover anything. I have been reimbursed maybe $150.00 out of over $700.00 in claims. They claim that an ear infection was a pre-existing condition. My dog has had their coverage since we got him. The first claim i ever filed was a wellness claim. The ear infection was not pre-existing. I will be changing his insurance at the beginning of 2022 since i have already met the $500.00 deductible for this policy. Terrible coverage. They take forever to process the claims as well.

The speed which Trupanion addressed the issue with my dog was very quick. Every time I called for clarification they were very empathetic. The turn around time for reimbursement was 2 days at the most
