Petsbest rejected $650 claims because they considered cats' vomiting as pre-exiting condition
I am very disappointed with the Petsbest insurance and believe this is a scam. ALL cats vomit once in a while, which is normal behavior. My cat vomited 3 times in the morning, so we were worried and sent her to the vet and got $650 bills. My vet wrote "Patient vomit once in a while " on the medical record, hence Petsbest insurance determined this incident as a pre-existing condition and rejected the claims. Walk away with Petsbest insurance.

I have had Healty Paws Pet Insurance for 8 years. In those eight year HP has come through every time that I had a claim. I am a very sceptical person so for me to indorse someone is rare. That why they are rated in the top two for pet insurance.

Pets Best is an Outstanding company
Pets Best has been incredible. They made the claim process so easy. All we had to do was upload the bill. Pets Best communicated with the vet and got all the medical records. They kept me apprised of the status of my claim with frequent emails. The contract we signed with them was easy to understand and they stood by everything they'd promised to deliver. It was an incredible experience and I highly recommend them.

The Gift of Extra Time
I am very grateful to the team at Trupanion. It was devastating when our corgi, Waffles, was diagnosed with cancer at age 12. But Trupanion helped to ease the financial burden of surgeries and cancer treatment during a very difficult time. We appreciated how easy it was to submit invoices, how promptly claims were processed, and the compassion of their staff. The claim was logged/entered Incorrectly by Trupanion so I Had to run down the medical records and submit an appeal!
The claim was logged/entered Incorrectly by Trupanion so I Had to run down the medical records and submit an appeal! Several Claims Have Been Logged/Entered Incorrectly - and thus rejected because the diagnosis was entered incorrectly! They made the mistake so they should fix it without making me submit an appeal with medical records!
