Everything was handled in an efficient manner and instructions were easy to follow. However, Trupanion was supposed to have contacted our Vet. to get the final report however I don't think that has happened as we have not been paid as yet.

Worth Every Penny
Trupanion has been worth every penny spent and allows us to offer the best care when something happens with our dogs. Twice we had to file a claim for one of our dogs. Not once did they try to avoid paying for anything. Their customer service is very knowledgeable and helpful, and they are quick to settle your claims. I can't thank this company enough for making the insurance process stress free so you can focus on what matters most.
