Great coverage
ASPcA insurance is absolutely wonderful. I have had no issues with claims and reimbursements. Customer service is always helpful. I like that what they do and don’t cover is easily understandable in the paperwork. The only i wish i was able to would be to have the option to increase coverage at time of policy renewal. I was told i would have to cancel and reapply making everything a pre-existing condition

We love Healthy Paws
We’ve had healthy paws for 7.5 years and have always been so impressed with the service. Both of our dogs have been covered since we got them and I don’t know what we’d do without this insurance. Recently our dog had a life saving emergency surgery that cost >$10k. We didn’t even bat an eye when they told us the cost because we knew Healthy Paws would be there for us.

I think in a claim situation that if there is a limitation thatâs in the fine print it should be highlighted back to a customer.
I think in a claim situation that if there is a limitation, thatâs in the fine print it should be highlighted back to a customer. Ie allergies, related to food are onto covered for 2 months. I purposely got a coupon on my first batch to try to be good to myself and the insurance company you, and then waited as long as I could order the second one, and then realized it wasnât going to be covered. If somebody wouldâve told me, it was only cover the first two months. I probably wouldâve at least gotten one extra batch earlier than waiting till last minute. The insurance is great to have but I think itâs confusing and should be highlighted once the claim has been made to help the person understand more that using it
