I have been with Sonnet now for several years. Not only are their rates exceptional. Every time I have had to reach out to customer service. Just to be clear. Reaching out, for questions I had. Not for anything the company had done. The agents still manage to make me feel like a valuable customer, despite the mode being online for contacting them. I’m nearing 60 and I’ve always preferred speaking with someone. So all around I am very pleased to have Sonnet as my insurance company.
Super easy to quote, transparent coverage. Don't pay much compared to other quotes I got (TD, Belair). Customer Service is usually very quick to respond, hopefully it will stay like this
