Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I love the ease of obtaining and renewing insurance coverage through Sonnet. They were also right along beside me when I went through two unexpected hefty car repairs due to situations that were not my fault (the first one was when an anchored metal sign and signpost were pulled from the ground during a particular vicious wind storm, hitting my back hatch and causing significant damage. The second was when a neighbour backed into my car, again causing significant damage. Sonnet took care of so much, including arranging car rentals while my car was in the shop. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars, is that I am disappointed that there was no reduction offered to my monthly payment due to COVID - as I now rarely use my car.

Hi, Your associates are fantastic. They have always been courteous and extremely helpful and I have never had a single complaint about any one of them. I am a senior with a squeaky clean driving record for the past 42 years. I only have one complaint. You do not allow any discount for a senior driver with a great driving record. I drive about 5 miles to work back and forth to work and thats part time. My car is 11 years old with only 35k on it. We deserve a break. What do you think? Kat

Good for a car insurance company. Flexible on payment arrangements. I would recommend them, especially for people with less than perfect credit.

No issues with sonnet and reps are polite but every insurance company has offered rebates since covid started but sonnet did not. Why is that ,, we are driving less due to covid so why not a rebate ??

Skip the broker and go direct - if you enjoy online banks you might like them. CS is just ok, so be patient.
