Hands down thought on was dreaming
Hands down thought on was dreaming. Didn't have much belief the system insurance, especially with auto. That quickly changed with Sonnet. They restore my faith, confidence and on how they handling customer service?? That's a 10!!!
At this point I’m actually not happy at all with you guys I have been paying all my insurance up to date I missed one payment an paid you guys 5 days later now you guys go into my account and take 3 months of payments an still don’t get back to me I didn’t owe anything else according to you CS rep so I hope you guys fix this or I’m actually done I stayed after the 1 at two mess up this one to big
