They fix it where others won't. Sonnet rocks!

The convenience of their online system is great. Set my insurance up and ready to go at midnight and didn't have to talk to anyone! It was easy. Prices are good. There was a slight misunderstanding in the beginning, but was resolved without any major anxiety and they did not immediately cancel my policy, and Sonnet communicated reasonably well and promptly. Other than that slight hiccup (and insurance is always a process anywhere you go) it's ideal for me! Going to add my motorcycle next month and possibly my 64 Buick if Sonnet has a rate comparable to the classic car insurer I use! 4.5 stars!

So far I am very pleased with the service I have received. We are new to Tennant insurance. We had our plan set up for the first of the month which was the date that we were moving in. We wanted to pick the keys up the day before but our landlord refused as the insurance didn't take affect until the first of the month. Fortunately the agent I spoke to was understanding and spoke to his supervisor and they provided me with proof of insurance to cover the one day. This saved us a lot of worry and concern. It was greatly appreciated and made for a pleasant move.
