Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

I was recently searching out quotes for home insurance to many of the providers available. Thankfully Sonnet was very economical and with good home coverage. The process was easy and painless. The follow up support was helpful and appreciated. So glad I changed, saving a lot of money.

It was so easy to go online and sign up for insurance, and when I did call, they helped me with everything I need to talk about, I was really happy after I was done speaking with them, 5 stars, I’m not going anywhere else.

I am new to sonnet and so far have been impressed with the services.

I set up my insurance online. The price was great, and I was happy, so I signed up to insure my one care. A bit of time passed and then I went into my account and tried to add a car to be insured. I saw that the monthly rate changed too much and I was not interested, so I wanted to go back to just having the one car insured. I deleted the second car, and then when it went back to having just the one car covered, the cost changed by about 16$ per month. I had back and forth with customer service, who seemed to try to help, but they could not get to the bottom of it. I find it very strange that the amounts changed mid policy when nothing else changed. Same driver, same care, etc, They offered me a 50$ gift card, but I just wanted my original rate back. It made no sense how they could not override the price to match my original quote which was already charged to me for 1 month. I asked about cancelling my policy, since the cost for insurance was the same as another company that I already work with, but then I found out there is a cancellation fee. I feel very uneasy about all this and am not happy with how it ended.
