Sonnet | Pet Insurance Review

While customer service was good and rates were generally good, the fact that they raised my premium by over $1200 after three years of claim-free coverage and tried to claim it was because of normal increases is laughable. Scalping clean driving customers for more money because your profits aren't high enough is terrible business, and I will never recommend Sonnet to anyone because of this.

haven’t had to file any claims, however their customer service team is always fast and efficient. They know what they are doing and seem to always be there when you are looking for an answer.

I needed insurance for my house and after contacting couple of banks and other companies, I felt like waste of time since prices were all the same . Very expensive for my budget. So one friend suggested me Sonnet insurance and in 30 min I was able to get approved and great fees . Thank you again Sonnet and their amazing staff .

I was amazed at how competitive the insurance pricing was with Sonnet Insurance. I had been unfortunate to be in my first ever accidents but they just happened to be back to back in the same year and my 34 year record just went out the window. I suffered the huge price increase in year one and year two after the accidents. When year 3 came around and it still had not dropped significantly, I started searching. A few others quoted me lower than my broker but Sonnet was the best one by far. It allowed me cheaper price and allowed for more vehicle coverage. I am very glad I made the switch. Michelle
