Pets Plus Us | Pet Insurance Review

We have been paying into pet insurance for 5 years and thankfully never had to use it until this past year. Our large breed dog needed to have both knees repaired from torn cruciate ligament. We thought we were going to get a run around using our insurance for the first time but boy were we wrong. Pets + Us have been amazing and have come through exactly as our plan was laid out to be. They are efficient and fair when processing claims and I would highly recommend them!

We signed up for a Pets Plus Us Accident and Illness insurance policy for our French Bulldog, Pierre the day we brought him home at 3 months old. Since then, we've come to discover a plethora of issues!! Everything from a scratch on his cornea to Kennel cough to Emergency vet visits in the middle of the night. If it wasn't for Pets Plus us, my family and I don't know what we would have done. They've been able to provide peace of mind for us. During a time where worry and fear are the only emotions that exist when you bring your furbaby to the vet, you know that no matter what happens, you don't have to think twice about whether or not you can AFFORD the treatment. You never have to wonder IF you can have his illness treated, or HOW you're going to pay for that needed MRI. Pets Plus Us is there to support you. They're there to ask how he's doing, and to send a friendly follow up to make sure he's well. He's the secondary doctor and care you WANT for your baby. And we couldn't be more grateful for their team and service.

They have always been very helpful and super efficient. Both of my young dogs have turned out to be lemons but they have never had any problems with any of my claims for them.

Always have had good service, never any issues with claim reimbursements.
