Pay what is owed to your customers!
We’re owed over $4K and they are refusing to pay me. They look for every little loophole they can find. They’re claiming my dog had a brain disorder before he was insured even though he wasn’t diagnosed with it. A vet made mention that there’s a suspected disorder but nothing confirmed and they used that to get out of paying me all the while one of their staff that knew what was going on said it would be covered. Pretty brutal business ethics. They have nice happy pics of pets all over the place but they’re just like any other insurance company when it comes down to it. I still can’t believe what they pulled on me. Next up is a news station as they would love to hear my story these days! Don’t do it folks! Your better off without it! Trust me
