Excellent and efficient service

I have the wellness plan with Pets plus us and I recently made a claim for my puppy to cover the cost of his neutering. I was provided with exactly the right information on how to make a claim, and I received my reimbursement with 3 business days - thank you,you guys took the stress out of this process

Best Thing I Ever Did for My Beloved Stanley

When we adopted Stanley the first thing we did was get pet insurance. I never wanted to be in a position of not being able to take him to the vet to receive the care he needed because I didn't have enough money. We've had the insurance for almost three years and I've needed to use it three different times. They were always friendly and helpful in reimbursing us for the expenses incurred, in accordance with the policy. The money is even deposited directly to my bank account as soon as it was approved! Thank you so much for everything you do!

Amazing people to deal with in a very stressful time.

Best thing we ever did getting Pet Insurance!!! Who new our dog would like to compulsively eat gloves, socks, underwear, dish cloths etc. Every time we called with a question regarding our coverage the staff was always helpful, compassionate and understanding. Processing our claims have been fast and efficient. So impressed with this company and their staff.

Highly Recommend Pets Plus Us

Our Alaskan Malamute basically tore his ACL and needed surgery. Pets Plus Us covered the cost of the surgery as well as the medications and the laser treatment to help expedite the healing. Any questions we had we called, somebody answered and were really nice, polite, caring, and EASY to deal with! Had the reimbursements directly deposited into my bank account- No fuss! Quick and easy. A pleasure to deal with. So glad I went with Pets Plus Us! Worth every dollar!!

Monthly Cost

Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. There is no upper age limit.

Waiting Period

Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.

Exclusions

All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement. All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
