They are easy, fast & fair with regards to claims. If only human health insurance was this fast!
They have been more than fair regarding claims. They claim process is easy & fast. The process for appeals is also quick & easy & they truly seem to care about the pets getting the care they need.

Great coverage, no gimmicks or small print to confuse you.
Our "boy" had to have major surgery on his elbow and our coverage allowed us to get the operation he needed. He's on the mend! I am always skeptical about insurance companies but everything we needed we received in a timely manner. I would recommend this company.

Just signed up yesterday.
The Pets Plus Us rep was wonderful. The package we chose is very comprehensive and complete and we are impressed with the coverages, and support offered. We have not yet had to make a claim. Puppy is only 4 months old. We live in Ontario, Canada.

Easy claims process, quick reimbursement.
Great service with excellent phone support easy claims submission process and fast reimbursement.
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
