First Impressions
The process for signing up with pet insurance was extremely smooth and thorough. The customer service rep I spoke to was very patient and helpful. We love our plan and all its benefits as well. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family based on our experience so far.

Best service, always knowledgeable!
We are extremely pleased with Pets Plus Us they’ve always answered our questions honestly, they process claims very fast and anytime we’ve had to call the customer service rep was pleasant. We have 3 dogs insured and are beyond happy.
Monthly Cost
Monthly costs vary based on your pet’s species, age, and location, as well as your chosen plan. Customize coverage to suit your pet’s needs and your budget.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30%.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill and includes coverage of exam fees and taxes.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $5,000 in Accident Only coverage, or $7,500 or $15,000 in Accident & Illness coverage annually, depending on your chosen plan.
Deductible
$100 – $700 age-based annual deductible.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
There is no upper age limit.
Waiting Period
Coverage begins after 48 hours for accidents. A policy waiting period of 14 days applies for illnesses.
Exclusions
All pet insurance plans have limitations and exclusions. Medical Conditions that are noted, symptomatic or diagnosed prior to enrollment, or during a waiting period are pre-existing to Coverage and not eligible for reimbursement.
All Accident & Illness policies are underwritten upfront so pet owners are aware of any pre-existing conditions that will not be covered prior to making a claim.
