Satisfied so far

So far, I'm pleased with Pet's Best insurance. It has been helpful these past few months with vet visits. It usually takes about two weeks to be notified of whether or not I'm receiving a reimbursement, which is pretty good. As long as the rates don't increase too high, I'll be sticking with this company.

can use any vet, great. so far claims have returned less than 10% of the vet fees paid. Not much is covered for one of the most expensive options I took

When our cat swallowed a bunch of rubber bands...

When our cat swallowed a bunch of rubber bands, we were warned by the hospital that the bill would be substantial. "We want her to receive the best care — and we're insured," I replied. Pets Best did not let us down, and reimbursed us promptly for all covered costs. The best news is that our cat recovered promptly!

Ilove this pet insurance pet best is…

Ilove this pet insurance pet best is amazing the customer service is amazing the people you talking is very respectful and very helpful . I’m in the pet best insurance about 3 to 4 yrs and I don’t have any problem regarding the claims is very easy and accessible and if you missed something they tell you or they re the one who speak to the vet .I will recommend the pet best insurance with no hassle and stress the claim .

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
