Claim accepted with no issues and…

Claim accepted with no issues and resolved quickly. Just wish that total deductible for the entire account was reflected on the payment invoice

i have great experience with petsbest

i have great experience with petsbest. their staff are friendly and considerate. we are all animal lovers and they are part of our family. when they are sick, we need the comforts from the others and the peace of mind. pets insurance is the greatest thing that we should have. i am glad that petsbest is there for us. i feel all pets owners should get pets insurance for their loved pets. please try petsbest and be happy.

Pet's Best is truly the best for your pet

I easily filed my claim and was paid within a couple of weeks. They immediately contacted me when I submitted my claim, and sent several emails updating me on the status of the claim. Everything that was supposed to be covered was, with no question. Pet's Best insurance is easily the best company I have ever dealt with, completely upfront and hassle free. You won't be disappointed.

My 10 month old Frenchie was diagnosed…

My 10 month old Frenchie was diagnosed with epilepsy 2 months ago. PetsBest paid 90%, of close to $10,000, in emergency vet bills, with no hassle. The best $50 a month, I have ever spent! I purchased the insurance when my puppy was 10 weeks old. Never anticipated her developing epilepsy. She was afforded the best medical care a dog can have. MRI, spinal tap and other tests performed to rule out any other causes, for the epilepsy. I will always have pet insurance and thank God for it!

This is a satisfactory pet insurance

This is a satisfactory pet insurance, but very expensive. I have 3 cats. And 2 of them are turning 3 years old, so now I'm being charged $20 more for them. They have no conditions and have only been to the vet once per year, so I don't agree with the raise in my plan; it was way too much if tou ask me. The rest is fine.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
