Pets Best is amazing

Pets Best is amazing. They have covered everything my vet has done to provide the best health care for my pup. I have had other pet insurance companies in the past that decline payment on most of my claims!

Great Insurance

Pets Best has been good for us and our dogs...we have had them for a little over 2 years now and since our dogs were 10 weeks old. We have looked around for other insurance but we have continued to stick with Pets Best as they have been very good to us.

Highly Recommend PetsBest!!

I have had PetsBest insurance for about a year and a half now and I'm extremely happy with their service. Not only is their customer service top notch (I was disconnected with a customer service rep mid conversation, and she actually called me back!), but their processing of paperwork submitted for reimbursement is fast and easy. My reimbursement is deposited directly into my bank account! I highly recommend them!

Everyone should have Pets Best…

Everyone should have Pets Best insurance for their pet! When my dog got attacked by a deer, it was a costly ~$5,500 vet bill for surgery and consults. I filed the claims quickly and was reimbursed a week or two later. We would’ve been really stressed both emotionally and financially to pay out of pocket for this wild freak accident and my dog’s treatment. I 100% recommend all pet owners to have this insurance. Great policies and customer service as well as timely claim processing. Thanks!!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
