My dog has had multiple vet visits and expensive medication so I submit claims on a monthly basis. Explanations are always very easy to understand and money is direct deposited to my account.

Have only filed one claim so will be…
Have only filed one claim so will be more informative after further claims are made. However, this claim was as expected, with my deductible and co-pay amt for my plan I knew that my reimbursement would be minimal as my total bill was just over $300, so I guess we'll see, if additional claims need to be made. The biggest aggravation with making this claim is that I had to fax the info as the photo I took of the receipt apparently wasn't readable to you? Sure looked readable to me, so required extra time and effort on my part to have to fax it. I hope that will not be a continued problem.

PEST BEST IS GOOD INSURANCE
Pest Best so far has been great, they have paid all my claims relating to illness and accident with no problems, insurance co will not cover preexisting conditions . I did not purchase wellness i dont think it worth it but they do have it . but all over this company is great. if you have a puppy get insurance right away when you get puppy dont wait things happen. I pick the second to best plan, have a 250 ded yearly and 80 % back and unlimited amount there is a waiting period also once you sign up, prices are good

I have had pets best for years now
I have had pets best for years now, they have always paid what they should even on expensive surgery, and in a very timely manner. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
