Fast reimbursement for Harry's leg pain

I received payment for vet services in 1 day for Harry's leg pain. Needed X-rays and some medication as well as observation from Dr. Reedy. Harry is very active and this is the first ever he has had any issues. Not wanting to play ball and run was alarming. Looks like a torn ACL on his left side and we are considering best corse of treatment. Surgery looks probable-best choice for long term health.

Grand dogs

I have 2 grand dogs. I’ve tried to explain to their human parents how important it is for them to purchase insurance for their fur babies. When your fur baby gets sick, the sadness is overwhelming, but the vet cost shouldn’t be.

Surgery

My dog had to have emergency back surgery. I filed the claim on the app as soon as he got home and within 5 days , I received notification that it was approved. I received reimbursement within another 5 days. I have used the insurance for other minor illness and always get a quick turn around. Using to app to submit the claims , makes it so easy.

Easy to submit a claim and a quick decision back

My pet had to visit the emergency room for something she ingested. by accident. The process of submitting my claim and paperwork was easy. They made a quick decision and applied the amount of the claim towards my deductible. I'm very happy with the insurance. "

Can't access website

I tired to file a claim through their website, but kept getting 403 errors. I called customer support. They recommended clearing the cache and cookies. This is not an acceptable response. I tried a different browser that I'd never used to access their site before and got the same error. This error still persists after several weeks. I submitted my claim through email. It was impossible to track. They applied the claim amount to my deductible, but didn't provide what my deductible was or how far into my deductible I currently am.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
