Simple fast and easy!!!!

We recently got a puppy and was unsure which insurance company to pick. A family member of mine told me all about Pets Best insurance and how simple and easy it is. They were right!!! We got the plan that covers everything because i wanted what was best for my new puppy. First trip to the vet was a success i filed my claim right on my phone and within a day i was emailed back and reimbursed that week!!! So fast and easy! Highly recommend!

Bladders stones not covered for my dog

Yeah my dog has bladder stones and they won’t cover it because she had them like 2 years ago. They are calling it a chronic disease. She doesn’t need surgery or anything so not very serious condition and they fixing with a diet. They won’t reimburse me for one emergency room visit and a follow up appointment at our regular vet to tell us she needs Hills S/D dog food. Pretty simple fix and not much on the reimbursement. Very disappointed and should have never left 24 hour pet watch. Ugh!!! I’m so stupid thinking I could save a buck smh! Cancelling and going back to 24 hour pet watch :)

My first claim was paid

We just got pet insurance for the first time last year. Our cat recently had a puncture wound under his chin and we had multiple visits to the vet. Just submitted the claims three days ago and upon receipt of an email from Pets Best, expected they would’ve found a reason to deny the claim. Instead after the deductible and other appropriate exclusions, the claim was approved. I am pleasantly surprised and appreciative.

Quick and Reliable

I can always count on Pets Best to get a quick claim review and they are very reliable to pay claims as I would expect. They do a good job of explaining to me what is covered and what would not be and why.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
