Keep Being Awesome!

We have had insurance for Lucy for a couple of months. I have filed claims for her medicine (heart worm and flea/tick) and for her dr. visit with vaccinations. The claims processing experience was very easy, and I got money back quickly. I am very pleased with the experience so far, keep being awesome!

Every Pet Should be Covered by This!

Every Pet Should be Covered by This! We chose to have the Best Wellness Plan, as well as an Illness plan. We wanted to know that our pup would be covered regardless of what we encountered. He had his first check up with microchip and the works. We paid $11 of a $136 bill. Knowing that in any emergency we won't be struggling and breaking the bank is very comforting. Our claim was reimbursed in three days. I would highly recommend this to anyone. Keep your loved one(s) covered and relax knowing they are well taken care of!

My dog Lola is in Good Hands - PetBest have been excellent

I am very pleased with the service that PetBest have given to my dog Lola after her eye surgery. I was reimbursed as expected from the expenses we had with our dog. I had to submit an appeal because there were some information missing from my claim but at the end I had a very good impression on how everything was handled with courtesy and understanding. I am planning to get another dog soon and will enroll her in the insurance as soon as I get her. I am also recommending PetBest to my sister that recently got a puppy.

Pets Best is the best.

this is by far the best pet insurance, I have Figo insurance on my other dog, and it doesn't even compare to pets best. Figo is complicated to file claims and never covers anything! Always go with pets best!

Couldn't afford treatment for our dog without Pets Best.

I've filed claims with Pets Best for everything from routine check ups and vaccinations to ligament replacement on one of my dogs and the entire process is easy, quick and gives me peace of mind. When my dog needed a ligament in her knee replaced, we were able to apply insurance to it and helped significantly with the cost of surgery and with the cost of physical therapy afterwards. It took about 6 months for Evie to be able to go back to normal after that surgery and I'm not sure how we would have afforded it if it weren't for Pets Best.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
