I Just Got A Baby Pug, Lola Rose....
I just got a baby pug, Lola Rose. I was told that they have sinus issues so I purchased doggie insurance. She received her first booster, I submitted the claim online and received a check in the mail within the time disclosed. It didn't take a lot of time to submit the claim which was very nice.

Although The Prices Continue To I...
Although the prices continue to increase, when I have a claim or problem, the ease of use and rapid response is well worth it.

Don't want to pay claims
I have had problems with this company for the last 5 months. Denying saying not covered do my dog had the problem before coverage started. My dog did have dermatitis but it's for a different reason. The vet wrote a letter starring this. They can't get this through their head. I am really fed up with this company. I well say the reps you get on the phone deserve a 10.

Claim Submitted To Be Applied To ...
Claim submitted to be applied to my deductible, thus was denied--as expected. Not a problem. Turnaround time was quick and I understood the decision. So the processing of my claim was A-OK. The only suggestion I have is that when claims are applied to deductible, you should tell us how much is left on our deductible after this claim instead of making us call you to find out. I still don't know how much of my deductible I have met and how much I still have to meet because I haven't had time to call you yet. Please fix this. Thanks.

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
