I absolutely love Pets Best
I absolutely love Pets Best. The customer service is amazing, the coverage is better than my own health care. I’ve filed a few claims since my busy puppy gets into everything and each time they’ve been processed and explained clearly and quickly. It couldn’t be easier to file a claim! I’ve utilized the 24/7 chat feature - they were out of this world. I received several follow up communications to make sure my dog was ok when the vet prescribed something she wasn’t old enough to take. I tell all my friend with pets about Pets Best - even my friends who don’t too. That’s how happy I am with the service!!!

Excellent feedback and communication with a caring company
Filed my first claim. The process was very easy, good feedback on the process of the claim, clear statement as to how everything was applied and speedy processing. Better than my personal health insurance. Process to sign up was very efficient.

I have been with with this company for approx. 6 years.
They even help pay for wellness visits.
They always pay within a week of visit. I am very satisfied with them and recommend them when I can! Truly the Best!

Would not cover French Bulldog George's surgery.
They would not cover back surgery for my French Bulldog, because he had neck spasms 4 months prior to the incident. Even after his surgeon that did his back surgery, and the vet that treated him for the neck spasms sent in documentation that said the neck issue had nothing to do with the back issue. What else can a person do when they say no, they won't cover the expense? Looking into legal action?

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
