I have a puppy
I have a puppy , and like little babies they need to have things done. (Shots, tummy issues, nails done ect.) This was easy to sign up too. The response was fast and the piece of mind that my little boy is protected. Thank you !

Horrible Customer Service
One email says my claim has been accepted and another email says it wasn’t. When in fact my claim is valid. Horrible customer service.

A Particularly Great Company
Our pup played ball too hard and bunked up her knee to the tune of nearly $600. I submitted a claim and heard back from Pets Best within a few days. Great response; great rewards... great company! Thanks, PB!

Our Bullmastiff had an intestinal blockage. Pets Best was fantastic.
Our Bullmastiff had an intestinal blockage. He had to have emergency surgery at Cornell University. The vet said they feared his intestine either bursting or going necrotic. We were so frightened. We called Pets Best and they helped us through everything. We are so very pleased. They reimbursement came within 10 days of submitting the claim. We would definitely recommend Pets Best. Thank you so much.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
