When ever I've had questions about a claim, I'd call & your staff have always been polite, friendly & genuinely concerned about my Buster. There explanation of my claim was easy to understand.

I was uncertain of pet insurance but…
I was uncertain of pet insurance but after some serious researching I decided to join Pet's Best.
Since we signed on in the spring, my boston terrier mix had to visit the vet twice. Submitting the claims were SO EASY. My claim was processed within a few days and I was able to track it the entire process.
The website makes everything so easy!! I recommend Pet's Best!

Thank you for the years we were able to give our best friends.
In my 30+ years a Veterinary Technician(now retired) I chose the Accident and sickness Insurance for my 2 dogs Sally and Justyn from Dunedin Doggie Rescue. In just a short time of obtaining Insurance we had a cottonmouth snakebite, one of several that they encountered, also acl/patella surgery, wildlife encounters, cancerous growths. Never once was a claim questioned or denied and the process was so simple. Because of the fairness of this company I have been able to give treatments that were not affordable. Justyn just went on to a final rest , he got to live a beautiful life Sally misses her buddy as we do. Thank you for all the years we have been able to give our best friends.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
