WORST CHEATERS EVER!!!!!

This company is highly corrupted. I called one year ago because apparently my insurance covered NOTHING within the first year of constant veteran visits with our new puppy. When I spoke to their representative she offered a more expensive plan however, I made it very clear that I was no longer interested in doing further business with them and I wanted to CANCEL the plan for other options with another company. Quite frankly the operator was VERY rude and snobby, she never informed me of a cancellation email, so I took her word for it and naively thought it was taken care of. Now a year later, I receive and email 'renewing' my already cancelled services. I am just frustrated by their need to swindle a common customer. If they can do it to me, then they can do it to whomever they please. Their business etiquette is very questionable and continuing any type of business with them is NOT recommended. VPI Insurance has been very help and that is a company I would recommend for pet insurance. I personally find it ironic that Pets Best also founded VPI, however their management is profoundly superior.

Absolutely Satisfied, Every time!

I have had all my cats insured by Pets Best for over two years now. I've used the insurance for both illnesses and emergencies, several times. My cat Bugsy has had some health problems since last October and had to go to the vet numerous times, including a trip to the ER. The claims are very simple to fill out, the process is quick and easy, the customer service is superb and usually within7 business days I get the money back deposited directly into my checking account by direct deposit. To this day, I have never had a problem with them... Never had a claim denied, a service that was not paid, a payment that was delayed... In fact, I don't think I was even on hold on the phone for over 2 minutes whenever I called in to talk about my plan or to check on a claim, which is rare nowadays. The claim is only one page long, it comes out of the computer almost completely filled out with my information, and all that is left to do is the vet to put in the diagnosis, date, sign and send it in, which can be done by uploading right in their site, by fax or by mail. They also have the option to pay straight to the vet if your vet accepts this arrangement, another nice feature I have not seen in other companies. I had nothing but great experiences with Pets Best, and highly recommend the company to anyone who is shopping for insurance... It is a huge peace of mind to know my babies will always be taken care of whenever they need medical attention!

Foreign-Body Surgery Claim A Success

This is the first time I have purchased medical insurance on my pets. Gracie is my treasure and I did not ever want to have to make a sad decision based on having to spend money on vet care. She is less than 1 year old, but when she developed an infection, it turned out that a seed, a foreign body had migrated (perhaps introduced by biting on sticks) and lodged above her right eye. Pets Best covered $75 of the surgery and medicines (the entire claim was $192 with a $100 deductible). Given the severity of the situation, it could have definitely cost more. This helps me to see that should something even more serious happen, she has a good plan that instills confidence in me. If you are shopping for coverage as I was, remember that certain limitations apply after your dog is one or two years old! So getting insurance the earlier the better will save you money and allow you to use it should hereditary breed problems arise. PetsBest costs me 20.01 each month for her (that's the price of lunch) and is underwritten by Aetna, a national company with a good reputation. I did not select the Wellness options since spaying and shots were a given but I wanted to protect her from expensive unforeseen care. Other plans were quite a bit more. This seemed like the best value that offered Illness coverage in ADDITION to Accident. I plan to keep PetsBest on her as long as I can, who would have known she would have been using it so soon? She is a woodsy girl who loves to play outside and sticks
