the Nationwide policy of not auto renewing my policy that i had for 8 years, because i pay it annually is absoultely ridiculous. you have a credit card on file. i did not receive a renewal notice, or a lapse notice on either of my pets. I was in the grace period of one, and my older pet policy was not able to be renewed, i did accept a basic policy, but i am not happy about it. There has to be better communication. Mail and email of policy renewal period would be best.
