Her professionalism, compassion, and understanding during the difficult loss of our beloved dog, Harley, meant more to my wife and me than words can express. Losing Harley has been a truly devastating experience for our family. During this heartbreaking time, Stephanie provided exceptional support, making the claims process much easier to navigate. She took the time to provide clear information, answer our questions, and guide us through each step with kindness and empathy.
