This insurance has been a life saver.
Our dog had to get surgery on both of her knees. If we didn't have this insurance we may have had to consider putting her to sleep.

YOU ARE GREAT!
I appreciate getting reimbursed for Pickett's health visits. We had 2 dogs prior to him that had some extensive vet bills and no insurance. He will be going to Portsmouth Referral Hospital Wed. 11th for a 2nd opinion for his neck. Its the same thing as in 2015 when he had to have the salivary gland removed which was not too pleasant.

excellent service but i just wish claims were processed quicker.
Good day I am very happy with my pets' coverage the only thing I wish was that claims were processed quicker. sometimes unexpected costs come up during a visit and it would be great if claims refunds had a quicker turnaround. my claims always take bout 4 weeks...

It is so helpful to know that Cole's medical bills will be paid. He injured his toe which developed an abscess requiring removal of his toenail. The claim process was easy and the check arrived two weeks later. Thank you.

Nationwide offers a variety of plans offering varying levels of coverage.
The company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness, offers 90% reimbursement for accident, injury, illness and wellness care, inclusive of exam fees.
All Nationwide members have complimentary 24/7 access to vethelpline.
Payout Limits
Depending on the plan selected, there may be annual benefit limits or per incident benefit allowances.
There is no annual limit for the company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.
Deductible
Annual deductibles range from $0 to $1,000.
Most popular annual deductible for Whole Pet with Wellness is $250.
Age Limits
No age restriction to enroll in company’s most popular plan, Whole Pet with Wellness.

Waiting Period
14-day waiting period after application approved and payment of premium is received.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered on any plans (if a condition is curable, it may be eligible for review if pet remains treatment-free for at least six months).
