Our local vet sent us to Colorado State Veterinary Teaching hospital for an MRI when she suspected a back injury was the cause of his partial paralysis. CSU found a cancerous tumor in his spine. I chose a treatment option and then asked for price, because I knew we would find a way to pay. The treatment was very aggressive and leading edge medicine - also, very expensive. I paid the bill and filed the claim hoping for a little help. In just a couple of weeks, I received a check that was 5 times more than I had hoped for. Toby is completely recovered now and has had a few expensive followup tests to monitor the, now almost gone, tumor. The insurance has paid very generously on those claims also. The insurance part of the experience was good news in a bad time.

I love the personal care I received with my last dog, felt so sincere, my new pup just reached 1 year old last week, he has had so many issue with his stomach and we have made numerous trips to the vet , greatful for the added expense coverage
