never had a problem
Since day 1 I have been highly satisfied with Nationwide insurance. The claim process is so easy with my vet's office faxing the bill right away. Within a couple of days I get an email saying the claim is being processed and within a couple of weeks the check arrives. It's that simple. I have never had a claim questioned let alone rejected.Could't be better than that!
